2013 Newsletter

2013 Newsletter
Dear Friends,
As the first month of the New Year winds down and we get used to writing 2013, we wanted to take some time away from our work at LNB Architecture & Interiors, to connect with our friends and previous clients. This is usually the time of year where people are feverishly working on their New Year’s Resolutions. LNB has made a resolution for 2013 as well.
Our resolution this year is to better serve our friends in the community. In 2013, we want the people of St. Louis to benefit from us. We plan to concentrate a lot of attention on our Marketing and customer relationships. Also, we will maintain our focus on quality design and our definition of D.E.S.I.G.N; Dedication to Effective Solutions that are Innovative and exceed client Goals and Needs.

In years past, our focus was primarily on residential redesign and remodeling; a lot has changed since 1991 when Laura Neri Baebler Architect PC was first established. Since that time we have changed our name and our location. However, we are not the only thing that has changed in that time. From 1991 to now, the whole architecture design and construction industry has been revolutionized, due to the increase in technology during this period. These amazing computer programs have allowed professionals in this field to increase the accuracy of their work and provide value added services to reduce time and save money. At LNB, we provide full service building design. We are excited about the latest technology called Laser Scanning, which helps us put together an accurate Building Information Model or BIM. Another thing that has changed over time is the economy, specifically the housing market.  After weathering this storm, we expanded our services to include commercial and interior design. We soon realized that our specialty was adaptive reuse of existing buildings. This specialty allows us to be very diverse in our projects, whether it is residential, commercial, institutional, or multi-family.

Early in January, we were fortunate enough to hire our first marketing intern. Justin Head will be responsible for keeping up with our social media. As the days pass and we get further into the New Year, remember that we are dedicated to helping you meet your goals.
